Mikey ‘Boo’ Richards

Michael Richards. b. April 23, 1947 – November 28 2021.

Better known as Mikey “Boo” Richards, he was a renowned reggae session and touring drummer and percussionist, who worked with many of the top reggae musicians thought out his long and illustrious career. Artists he accompanied included Bob Marley, Dennis Brown, The In Crowd, Now Generation, 809, Jimmy Cliff, The Heptones, The Slickers, Pablo Moses, Bob Andy, Beres Hammond, The Abyssinians & Lorna Bennett et al.
